• A limited budget is available from the Local Organizing Committee to partially or entirely cover, with a fixed amount to be determined, the expenses (conference fee and/or accommodation) of presenting authors (Master or PhD Students) that most need financial support for attending ICPIG 2015.
• An application form must be filled in by all participants requesting financial support from the conference loc. this form should be signed and sent by regular e-mail to [email protected] before March 6th, 2015.
• The application form must be sustained by a recommendation letter from the applicant supervisor.

Since the total amount of grants available is small as compared to the expected needs, a balance of nationalities, of conference topics, and of participant’s gender will be respected.

The deadline for applications of financial support is March 6th, 2015. The result of the selection will be made known to the applicants by April 10th, 2015. The main aim of the selection committee is to ensure fair representation of attendees across topics and countries.
